The concept for Errand-Hopper was created when Jennifer Callanan and Trish Class sought to combine their individual and shared skills by offering an errand and service business that would help give busy people their life back. Having been working professionals as well as moms with hectic schedules, they knew how overwhelming managing life’s details can be. They’ve been there, and wished for more help: now they’re here for you. Errand-Hopper has based its business on taking care of the things you just don’t have the time or ability to do.
Before co-founding Errand-Hopper, Jennifer Callanan worked for over 12 years as a senior corporate event planner in industries such as technology consulting, finance and trade publishing. While the type of events Jennifer planned and executed were both big and small, there were always the numerous details that couldn’t be overlooked. Multi-tasking, attention to detail, forethought and know-how are essential in planning meetings and events. Settling for nothing short of an absolute job well-done is a defining characteristic that Jennifer has carried with her to Errand-Hopper.
Trish Class brings 10-plus years of high-end concierge experience within the hospitality industry. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management and is an organized multi-tasker with an awareness of the nuances that come with providing high-level customer service. She has two elementary school children and enjoys volunteering at their school. Trish enjoys lending a helping hand to her friends and neighbors which translates well to the excellent customer service Errand Hopper provides.
